BACK ON TRACK

Well, I decided that Weight Watchers has always worked for me, so I signed up for WW.com. I started tracking my points today. My weight is at it's highest point yet, so it is time to get back on track. WW has helped me several years ago in 2001 when I quit smoking and after I had Nathan in 2005.

I'm glad that college is over, but now I have to deal with the weight gain. None of my clothes fit right anymore.

I took the dog for a walk today. My calves throbbed like they did several years ago when I started run/walking. I feel like I am starting over. At least I know what works for me this time.

Well, the Xmas snacks are almost gone so that should help with the weight loss efforts. The bottle of wine I drank probably didn't help either, LOL.

Today I am doing better still need to track my WW points.

I did play Jillian Michael's boot camp game on the Wii with my son. Way more challenging than the Fit. I was sweating after two rounds of multiplayer challenges. Ok, so I am competitive even when it comes to my four year old son. (hee hee) He did beat me in a couple events though.

College starts back today and need to make sure I fit in exercise this time!!!

Welcome

Ok, I have dabbled a little bit with blogs for school, but never threw myself out there.

Little about me:

I am originally from Muskegon, MI, but live in Fort Worth, TX.

Recently turned 39. Recently decided to get married again this year. My boyfriend and I have been together 5 1/2 years. Our son is 4 1/2 years old. His has a two kids from his previous marriage and another son who lives in another state.

I am back in college and will receive my Bachelors in August 2010. I received my Associates in 1991.

I am recommitting to Weight Watchers and working out again to lose those few pounds that crept back on with the focus on school and not on me.
